The Cotswold Chicken Company has announced a partnership with Gower Salt Marsh Lamb (which has Protected Designation of Origin status). The meat comes from sheep that graze on a large tidal salt marsh within the Burry estuary in Wales. Various cuts are available, from legs to whole lambs.
