In recently unsealed court documents, a package mailed from St. George, Utah to an address in Hagatna that contained 1,859 grams or about four pounds of meth was seized. The warrant was executed on Oct. 6, 2020. Also contained in the package was a black long-sleeved shirt, two vacuum-sealed bags painted black, and four coffee pods.

Then a warrant executed on Dec. 31, 2020 found that a parcel, also sent from the same address in Utah but this time to an address in Tamuning contained 1,830 gross grams of methamphetamine . Included in the package was: brown paper, carbon paper, vacuum-sealed bags, clear tape painted black, a Planet 13 Las Vegas bag, and a white box.
